How we handle what you send

How your message is handled

This form asks for your name, email address and message. They are sent by email to the site’s inbox through our hosting provider’s mail service, so we can check the suggestion and reply. The website itself does not keep them in a database. We do not sell them or add you to a mailing list.

To stop spam, when you send the form the server keeps the network address your request came from in memory for up to 10 minutes; it is not written to disk. Our own server logs record which part of the site was requested, the result and how long it took — not your IP address or anything you typed.
